Würth offers the compact and powerful gas nailer for serial fastening of cable ducts, mounting straps, cable and pipe clamps in the HVAC and electrical sectors as well as for fastening metal stud frames and creating sliding ceiling connections in drywall construction.
With an impact force of 105 joules, it drives nails or nails in conjunction with attached pipe clamps or rondelles into a variety of fastening substrates including steel, concrete, solid and perforated brick.
Up to 5.700 nails with one battery charge
The driving depth can be easily adjusted and operation is simple and safe: as soon as the nailer tip is pressed against the material and the trigger is pressed, a nail is fired - the device can drive up to 5,700 nails with one battery charge. The magazine can be changed quickly and without tools using a bayonet catch. This allows the magazine to be released in a user-friendly way, even if nails are jammed. The MAX GS738C (Diga CS-2) gas nailer is also equipped with numerous other functions that ensure a high level of safety, utility and convenience. Because it is low-vibration and low-recoil, this nailer is gentle and virtually fatigue-free to work with, especially as the weight of the tool is well balanced. A metal filter provides highly effective dust protection - this is not only ideal for overhead work, but also extends maintenance intervals. The intelligent fan for cooling the motor also contributes to a long service life, as it adjusts the running time of the fan depending on the ambient temperature. When used on ladders or scaffolding, the gas nailer can be attached to the belt using its suspension hook.
For standard galvanized nails and XH nails
The gas nailer is designed for galvanized nails from 15 to 40 mm in length and a shank diameter of between 2.6 mm, 3.0 mm and 3.7 mm.
XH nails have a special hardening and a stepped shank design for optimum penetration, thanks to which they can be driven into extremely hard concrete.
