The BOSTITCH wire coil nailer N89C-1P-E is, in our opinion, the perfect tool for industrial pallet construction and crate production. The device processes nail lengths from 50 - 90 mm. This device is particularly suitable for the 80 and 90 mm nail range due to its impact strength. This model even processes nails with a length of 90 mm and a grooved shank without any problems, and at an impressive speed. For the nail sizes to be processed, it is still relatively light with great handling. This device also features a special head valve that can switch the air flows in the device at lightning speed. The adjustable exhaust cap allows you to direct the air flow of the outgoing exhaust air away from the workbench. This prevents wood chips from flying around. Our industrial customers have been using this model for over 12 years and are all VERY satisfied.

FAST WORK WITH CONTACT RELEASE

This model has a contact trigger for fast setting of the nails, which means that the tool always triggers when you set the tool down with the trigger pulled. This is also known as triggering. It allows you to nail faster because you always have the trigger pulled and only ever have to put the device back on to trigger the shot. The other variant would be the single release with safety sequence. You use this type of trigger if precise, targeted setting of the nails is required. You would then work as follows: Put the device on, pull the trigger, then the device fires a shot, you pick the device up again, release the trigger and can then start again from the beginning. Important in this context is that a much safer work is possible with a single release because several sequences are required to trigger the shot. In our experience, however, pallet and crate production is almost exclusively carried out with a contact release.
