Prebena coil nailer 8XR-CNW90 50-90mm in case for 16° coil nails

This robust coil nailer processes PREBENA coil nails "CNW" in lengths of 45 - 90 mm. With the high magazine capacity for up to 300 nails, larger projects such as carports, patios or garden sheds can be carried out efficiently without having to constantly reload. Thanks to its compact design, the 8XR-CNW90 coil nailer is also popular for use in hard-to-reach corner areas and is therefore ideal for working in timber frame construction, crate production, substructures and cladding.

This pneumatic nailer is equipped with an intelligent trigger safety device as standard, which only releases the trigger when the nailer nose makes contact with the workpiece. This reliably prevents unintentional triggering. The 8XR-CNW90 coil nailer has a generous depth setting that allows the nail length to be perfectly adjusted to the respective type of wood. A transparent dust and splash guard in the nail drive area helps to prevent injuries from wood splinters. The exhaust air can be individually adjusted on the head and the integrated silencer ensures a high level of working comfort. For faster work, the PREBENA pneumatic nailer can be set from single shot with safety sequence to contact triggering. To do this, simply turn the switch integrated in the release lever to the desired position and the tool is ready for quick nailing work. The height-adjustable magazine has a stable and easy-to-operate opening mechanism as well as a viewing window for monitoring the nail supply. 

The 8XR-CNW90 coil nailer comes with a sturdy plastic case with sturdy metal fasteners. The matching coil nails are available in bare (BK) and galvanized (NK) qualities. The wire size of the nails is between 2.5 - 3.1 mm and the head diameter is between 5.5 - 7.4 mm. PREBENA coil nails are wire-mounted with an inclination of 16° and are available in smooth, ring or lens head versions. PREBENA CNW nails naturally meet the requirements of Eurocode 5 and comply with EN14592.

For commercial use, PREBENA refers to the professional device  7F-CNW90, which can be used to process the same coil nails but is designed to meet the requirements of everyday use.
